What is the shelf life of your products?

All sheet masks have a shelf life of 3 years and all skin care products have a shelf life of 2 years (1 year after opening).

How come I can’t find all the Mediheal products on the website?

Not all products available in Korea can be found in countries outside of Korea due to export and customs policy that vary country by country.
This may affect which Mediheal products are available for sale and delivery in your local area.

Where can I buy Mediheal products?

You can find us at Medihealus.com or check our store locator page to find your closest retail location.
